Please create an offline mode

I would really like an OFFLINE mode where I can practice a champion without having to deal with 1,030 ping. I can't even play a custom all by myself with dumb bots.

Honestly, how hard can it be to create an offline mode with some bots that aren't dumb as rocks? Practically every multilayer, online game has offline, single player modes. You guys have been around for five years and are one of the most played games ever. Why can't we have this? I think it would be good for everybody.

Imagine how much better players will be because they took the time to practice the champion alone before jumping into normals or ranked. Sure, not everyone will do that, but I think many people will. I sure as hell would play League a lot more often if I could play fun, offline game modes.

False. This is so false I don't even know how you got the notion of it being even remotely true. MMOs in general do NOT have offline modes simply because of the fact that the genre is meant to be played ONLINE. A MOBA is the same way. It's a Multiplayer** ONLINE** Battle Arena. You cannot honestly expect them to sink time and money into something that will have negligible benefits for them. If you have internet connectivity problems then that sucks but at the end of the day it's a problem on your end, not that of Riot.

You do know people will use what gets put in to allow offline mode to use cheats. It's common actually that when something gets an offline mode, there's a sudden huge boost of private servers and hacks being used. It's much easier to make something when everything is in front of you.
