Can we please decrease the likelihood on certain champs in ARAM?

I'm getting really tired of seeing Jayce, Sona, Ziggs, Xerath and whatever ADCs you want to name practically every game. It's even better when they're all on the same team. Imagine Jayce and Ziggs on the same team. You get absolutely demolished and it's no fun purely because they outpoke you before you can kill them most of the time.

Decreasing the likelihood that these golden ARAM champs are rolled will help deal with ARAM smurfs as well.
