Really hoping Cassiopeia will get a Winter skin...

The last time she received a skin was Sep. 2017, and before that, Feb. 2013. I'm aware there are a lot of other champions lacking skins as well (Taliyah, Ornn, etc), but Cassiopeia doesn't exactly have any appealing skins either, with Eternum being a pretty hideous skin overall, despite its particle effects.

An exploding snowball for Noxious Blast, a flurry of snow for Miasma, a pair of icicles for Twin Fang, and Petrifying Gaze shooting out a blast of frigid air that turns her enemies into frozen statues instead of stone statues (if facing her). Not to mention her death could be her turning into a frozen statue herself, and shattering into many pieces of ice. Ugh!!! ♥ 😍

Let's be honest. The best candidate for a winter skin is Ornn. Santa Ornn has been requested so many times.

I really liek your idea though! Winder Wonder/Snow Day Cass would be sweet.

Also, Jade Fang Cass is really nice looking.

Eternum was only made because fans kept pestering Riot for a Cass skin and it's not even that great. They simply won't let their talented artists work on a champion that isn't deemed 'popular'.

Really sad tbh. Cassiopeia has so much potential.

If Riot ever decides to do it...oh, who am I kidding, they won't do it and we know they never will. So, I'll just sit there, imagining Cass wearing something like this because her scaly parts get cold too:

Unfortunately I don't think she'll make the cut. It'd be nice but she is another of the niche champs now that doesn't get a lot of love. Her long awaited skin was in 2017 and thus they have been looking more towards others that haven't seen them in years.. or their continually popular picks. I'm sure for the Winter skins the female, at least one if there are multiple, would be someone like Janna, that gets skins often but has yet to see one this year.

So far all we know for sure that is coming in mid December will be Lee sin, his Prestige and a Zilean skin. Now with the Night and Dawn event, we also know that Soraka Legendaries and Dawnbringer Karma are coming as well.

And since Night and Dawn is the event, I don't actually think we'll see a Winter event this year /sad
