The mystery that is Braum.

Braum is a champion that exists to be the perfect rendition of the "protector" role. But where exactly did he come from and, more importantly, how old is he? We know that he came from the Freljord, and that he is an old man, but exactly how old? In his champion teaser trailer and from the "Tales of Braum" you can see that he has existed long past the regular human lifespan of that world. In his lore, an old woman tells her young granddaughter the stories of Braum passed down from HER grandmother. Something has been keeping Braum alive for possibly thousands of years, and we have yet to figure out what exactly it is. It most likely has something to do with the magical shield he uses as a weapon and a protection tool, but we have no real concrete answer from Riot. What I want to know specifically is: How old is Braum really?

I'm pretty sure he's an Iceborn like Lissandra. He's not corrupted by the Watchers like she is, so he still looks human.

He probably hangs out with Bard and they do nature stuff. So BArd is all like "Jingle Jam Jingle Jingle" (Translation: You're a pretty cool guy and I'm some kind of God/Force of Nature thing so here's some immortality and stuff.)

Braum is most likely an iceborn. Keep in mind that regular iceborn probably don't look like Lissandra and it is mentioned that they won't die of old age.

Back then when the watchers were a thing, they had an army of iceborn(if not more),so it would make sense that some iceborn would still be alive.
