It looks downright hideous. Her face-I don't even have words to describe it-and her dress is such an awful shade of green-ish yellow. Her regular skin looks much better in comparison.

That's one of the filler spalshes to hold the place until they replace it with a fully crafted splash that is equivalent to the other recently done splashes. All the splashes that look anime and cartoony are the fillers. The kind that look like new splashes for Taric, Poppy, Aurelion Sol, Warwick, Blade Mistress Morgana are the finished products that are the be all end all.
Honestly I think the new one looks much better. I mean seriously,her ears don't look like they were glued to her head anymore,her dress is much more detailed,her hair actually looks like hair,she doesn't just stand there looking grumpy and her wings actually look like destroyed wings instead of the mess she had before.
Isn't Exiled Morgana right now just Morgana in a yellow bra? I don't remember what the new splash looks like, but I mean it can't be that bad.... right? RIGHT?!?!?
I can't go on League anytime soon to check what the splashes are and I only see this stuff on surrender@20 so if you post a picture of the new splash art it'd be 10x easier for me and people who also don't have easy access to relate and agree or disagree.
They are both bad in a point where i can't decide which looks better
