Cassiopeia is based off Medusa pretty obvious Nasus based off of Anubis Talon based off of Ezio (Assasin's Creed) Wukong based off of... Well Sun Wukong? The Chinese monkey God Shen based off of Sub Zero/Scorpion Pantheon based off of Spartans Azir based off of either Ra or Horus
Mordekaiser's a mix between Sauron and the Overlord. Hue!
Marth as shown in SSB inspired parts of Rivens kit.
Overall I think that Sai from Princess mononoke has a great resemblance to the lamb from kindred. Bard was probably more inspired by the overall style of studio-ghibli,not princess mononoke in particular.
