We lack of Banshee Champion
It doesn't have to necessarily be body possessing undead female.
Just someone who uses sound voice to kill its enemies, or disturb them extremely.
But still, I would pref classic fantasy banshee in LoL with its style.

Yes we need a banshee who can use her voice to mesmerize or fear the enemies, I would love it !

Calista is Leagues equivalent of a Banshee. Most of the Shadow Isles champions also already share the thematic, making it a pretty crowded space.
But what about ?

Anyway's, the best option would probably be a singer/bard who died in the shadow isles.
I was actually talking with a buddy about this the other day, so far very very little in LoL with people using sound as a weapon.
Karthus is kinda thematically supposed to be like that as a "Death singer", but his in game play doesn't tie into sound at all.
Sona uses sound, but it is exclusively through an instrument.
Chogath has his scream, but it's a minor part of his overall kit and theme.
While an undead banshee is a fantasy mold that could be explored, I would like to see a couple champs with more sound based kits. Perhaps a savage tribesman who uses a drum, a warhorn, and his voice for varying effects. A legendary warrior herald, his rallying cries and music buffing allies, debuffing enemies, and causing CC or even damage from his instruments or voice. Maybe a warrior from a tribe who not only use dangerous weapons, but chants and dance as part of warfare. (Because who wouldn't enjoy a Haka inspired champion?)
If they were to make a banshee with a twist, my idea is to discard the undead first, and fuse it with a hag, like the type from Dungeons and Dragons. It could be an inhuman from the Kumungu jungles, or perhaps some swamp new to lore. Perhaps possibly an underwater hag, from a people that are the nemesis of Nami's tribe. (But not an octopus lady.)
I second that request. I'd love a banshee/siren type champion in league. Sindel from Mortal Kombat series is one of my favorite of that archetype.
Make a generic looking maiden ghost from the shadow isles with tragedy. Bam profit.
Like with any trope or archetype, Riot would have to put their own spin on the character.

this idea reminds me of Naga from Dota 2 the one that set people to sleep with her ultimate. can be a interesting asset.
