i am pretty sure jarvan the 3rd is pretty old.....So he is close to death..riot need to speed that up so Jarvan 4 would have his new skin THE KING JARVAN!!!
And upgrade demacian (Garen/xin) Garen as the prince of demacia and xin as the General of the army (And make skins too)

A King can bestow the title of Lord to someone, and can name a successor to the throne, but they can't just snap their fingers and make someone a Prince.
