Anyone Miss Zac's Parents?

So, One major difference between new and old Zac is that his parents are dead. I don't know why they decided to kill off his parents, but I'm not sure it was the best decision the lore team has made. I liked Zac because, out of everyone in the league, he is one of the most stable individuals in it. It's why i shipped him with Riven because, Hilariously, he is the kind of person who could help Riven in her life. I mean, he was pretty similar to superman; raised by normal parents, and slowly becoming a hero because he was raised by kindly people who gave him a strong moral center.

With his parents dead, Zac seems to lose that goofy demeanor that makes him charming. It's like him and Vayne are trying to out Batman the other. I think that new Zac is a bit Angsty. I don't think it's too out of character for him, in fact he is a great recreation of his original self, but I think he's just a little off base. old Zac was raised in an normal home, went to school and seems like a chill dude. New Zac has some angst, but I don't like it as much, I appreciate trying to give Zac depth, but I'm not sure that pulling a Wayne family on him is a good idea.

In the of the day, I think it's alittle strange that a living blob of gelatin got darker, because let's face it you can only make him So serious. Please, Tell me what you guys think, I'm always happy to hear.

Overall I think he was better with his parents, would have been nice to Zac as some kind of superhero who visits his parents from time to time.

And even then Riot could have killed them off later,so that the emotional impact would have been greater.

Zac is batman now. He used to be Clark Kent.

Sidenote: your poll question is worded weirdly. I'm seeing

Is Zac better with his parents, or without

Option 1. Yes Option 2. No Option 3. Eh, neither

He’s a superhero, doing the best that he can and trying his hardest to make his parents proud

I have a question: Would it have been better to kill one rather than both?

At least, I hope someone asked that during the meeting about Zac's lore. I mean, did we really need to kill both of them?

Your vote answers don't even fit with the question that you asked, and his parents are irrelevant he doesn't need them
