Some people want her to be red, others want her to be pink.

Why not make her skin "evolve" during the game - starting pinkish, continiously becomming more of a blood-redish color upon killing more and more enemies.

It shouldnt be a Blood Moon Skin, the color scheme was fine it just didnt fit the Blood Moon theme with the colors and the mask. A name change was all it needed really, idk why they are adamant on it being Blood Moon when it clearly does not fit.

They've changed it to a magenta now, and it's final cause they have the splash too. It will be shipping next week.

Y'know, I really don't like the splash. Thresh gets a bright red picture where he has an epic pose; Elise gets a dark blue picture where her pose is "yo look at my titties". It's sexualized, not sexy.

So much failed opportunity. They could've given her a pose where she's doing something (say, sending off a spiderling) where she's bright red and her surroundings are less bright and less red, making her pop. Hell, she's good-looking, I bet like 87% of the community would've found her sexy while she was doing whatever she was doing.

I've read Elise's lore, thank you very much. She does not just sit around and wait for men to wander in from far away, attracted by beauty they've never seen. No, she has to actually be a friggin' religious leader.

What her splash could be about: Elise leading cultists into Vilemaw's cave. Elise enticing the viewer into the cult. Elise doing something cult-leader-y. Elise being all spidery. What the splash is about: Elise is sitting, and she's got titties. Also it is blue goddamnit why is Blood Moon Elise blue?

She is in a low-light environment, likely due to the sun having set, with the only illumination being her magic. The substantial foliage is likely preventing any reflected light from a Blood Moon from reaching her.

I know why she's blue (in the context of the picture). I want to know why it was decided to draw a Blood Moon splash whose primary color was blue. One would think that red would be much more fitting. (Aren't Elise's particles primarily red anyway?)
