and the stun on her ulti could be a visual kind of like 
her Q look kind of like 
ice block to trap thier feet when they are snared
and her joke could be like
she makes it snow then falls backwards into the snow and makes a snow angel with her wings instead of her arms and then gets up and looks at at and goes "i never understood this concept"

technically her Q only snares.. but yeah 3 second at max rank is more that enough time to kill anyone who isn't a tank

Her W doesn't do a lot of damage unless you sit and stew for a while, so her Q is designed to leave you there. Then, her full face-murdering combo is WQR or QWR (or QRW in an emergency), depending on who you're fighting. R has a 3-second chanel, Q has a 3-second root. This is not a coincidence.

... but yeah, the ridiculous utility of such a long lockdown is - combined with the E that would make her able to survive sticking to a mage long enough to land her full combo - exactly what a utility-support wants. So! Now she's bottom lane. I'm a little scared that her update is going to be designed to stick her there permanently and kill mid Morg altogether. That said, if it changes her R to something that puts you in less danger of having your face melted off, I might learn to live with that.
