her W could be a kind of freezing ground
her ultimate slows so it could have some kind of chilling effect visual
and the stun on her ulti could be a visual kind of like 
her Q look kind of like 
ice block to trap thier feet when they are snared
and her joke could be like
she makes it snow then falls backwards into the snow and makes a snow angel with her wings instead of her arms and then gets up and looks at at and goes "i never understood this concept"
I would say yes, but I want them to give Morgana a visual update so she doesn't look like a walking tent before they give her new skins.

Remove the word witch and replace with something more positive. It would be a good snowdown skin for her. I have thought of something similar and hundreds of other ideas for her. As everyone expects from me. But if she got this would it negate a possible pool party skin? :Thinking:
As for people worrying about her getting a vgu I'm sure it will happen sooner than you all expect along with Kayle. Predicting less than a year.
