But why on Earth is he having a brawl with some random rocks in his new splash?

Well Rammus seems to be pretty inteligent for his species. I mean he could get that armor from somewhere and put it on. And he knows simple english, mainly agreements.
About that rock destroying thing: he either wants to to something with the rocks or he digs for something. But him beeing braindead would be option too.
