I say this as someone who absolutely hates Lee sin.

Can't wait for 70 % lee sin pick with 3 lee sins in each game (while maintaining 50 % wr)

This lee sin skin looks kind of good but the thing is that many people get angry about lee sin and his place right now. The lee sin is not that easy champion however if you learn your wr gets higher. People will buy this skin probably but also if it will be legendary skin many people might start playing as lee sin and then it might be nerfed. The Lee sin is in right place and it is balanced because in start game he is really good however he is not that good in late. The lee sin is nothing to do with buffing or nerfing it , now riot introduced the skin and be happy to try the skin out or even see it or buy it. Your opinions are different but some people like playing lee sin. I don't say that he sometimes frustrating everyone but it goes same as kata, ahri or others just need to learn nothing else.
