Where is the balance on Ionia?
Dark Ionians' number is pretty low compare to Light (?) Ionians. We need another Dark Ionian.

Its not about dark and light.
It is more about wanting peace and remaining true to the traditions(
(though irelias position is rather unclear)) vs wanting vengance and gaining strenght above all costs(
to some extent even 
)
it would actually make sense that there are seemingly more ionians who remain true to their traditions than others,since that is pretty much what they did the whole time before noxus invaded and the "new" path seems to be something more recently.
& 
seem to be in the middle of these 2 paths.
Shen because he judges the situations without emotions and Karma because she knows that there is value in both paths.
