Riot and updating voice lines

So with older champions like

, these being the very few examples, it seems they will not get a rework any time soon, which also means they will not get updated voice lines any time soon. Which is a shame because these are very loved champions..who quite frankly have really shitty voice lines for this was back when riot had really low standards..HOWEVER

we also have situations with who got really expensive skins, and got new voice lines as well with those skins. So does this mean these three champions are doomed to never be given updated voice lines on their classic? I really hope this is not the case for 2 major reasons.

-The voice lines on champions, speak and reveal their personality, while also quite often having hints about their lore -Voice lines are one of the most noticeable things when playing a champion, second only to gameplay imo, particles would actually take the third place spot. So the fact we the players have to pay 10-15 bucks just to get voice lines that don't suck on old champions sorta feels like we are being scammed. Hell calling out Riot on the Udyr situation that everyone has been preaching.

"Udyr did get his classic skin updated, you just gotta pay 30 dollars for it"

So honestly what is riots thoughts on old champions who most likely won't get reworks any time soon, and what they plan to do with their voice acting?
