They should add jiggle bones, They stated using those with Yasuo.

KuroCaliber1 votesShe doesn't have that tech in base skin, even remodels only usually add rigid, unmoving pieces to models. Legendaries get animation work done and new tech.
CatSith1 votesThe base models don't need the tech... Like when they made tail tech for ahri, hecarim, etc. Those were older champions than Elise. They have the tech, they just didn't apply it on super galaxy Elise but instead glued the hair to her back.
