Its a 1350 Skin and her ponytail is glued to her back. So disappointed in riot for leaving it as it is.

They should add jiggle bones, They stated using those with Yasuo.
Lazy design. Had to cut corners or something.
She doesn't have that tech in base skin, even remodels only usually add rigid, unmoving pieces to models. Legendaries get animation work done and new tech.
