CertainlyT is the next new champions creator.

CertainlyT usually has very interesting ideas, but they tend to be balance nightmares.

He makes champs that are generally fun to play and usually completely unfun to play against.

He is the creator of

a powerful, extremely mobile, manaless champ with a low cd shield, a hard cc knock up, a teleporting, damaging, aoe stun that grants 50 percent bonus armor pen, and a passive that doubles crit chance on all items.

That was all well and good, but then he was given an arguably superior version of the thing that defines at no cost in overall power. From now to eternity every champ with a projectile ult, ability or auto's will have to deal with it unless they ban him.

just know, the T in the name stands for Truedamage

he is a champion designer who made some interesting and sometimes pushy ideas, like Zyra, Thresh, Yasuo, Kalista and he did the Graves update that gave him the bullet system, which was a fresh addition to the game ( if i reckon jhin was released later on) and the Morde update that gave him his infamous Q before the balance strike.

so the common idea is that, wather happens with him, it causes havoc but at the same time is a lot of fun.
