I think it's pretty obvious that Taric, most likely being a Targonian post-rework. Is the one who created and presented the star-gem crown to Aurelion Sol.
Hopefully not. League has been quite flooded with overly serious and morally questionable characters lately, It'd be nice to have another Braum before we go back into the sea of murkiness.
