Through the old lore, its all about Darius becoming the General and what not but no mention of a love interest. The same can be made for draven (inb4 Draven's love interest is Draven). Is there something I didn't read? I know that Garen does have something for 
but both never said it explicitly in-game.

imo, Darius is married to his work, making any other serious relationships suffer and be overall unsuccessful.

If I had to analyze it: he hasn't met anyone that shifts his thinking from his main goal. Though a friend of mine shipped him with Karma. He explained it has Darius admiring her determination.
He isn't interested is all. He is more focused on the glory of Noxus and that is what he is more than happy to do. And Draven, well....its Draven, his only concern is his own ego, so as silly as it is, he is in love with himself.
Kat and Garen i think really just have high respect for each other, he is as far as we know one of the only people she hasn't been able to kill, and him not being able to defeat her when he was able to defeat anything. So they are obsessed with each other because of the thrill of what they thought was the impossible being done. Would be cute if they did because as far as I know, Kat isn't really a crazy Noxan. She was just basically born there to a noble family that were assassins and was trained as one too.
Darius is in his 40s-50s, he is probably already married or in a relationship long ago

I love how people in here think that being violent is a barrage to having sexuality. It is like saying a man who loves ballet can't be heterosexual. No, your personality is not a reflection of your sexuality. A violent person can love as much as a kind one. Being harsh doesn't tend you to think loving is weakness. Or even if it makes you to think it is weakness, you can't control your thoughts and emotions. He is a strong man, his personality is inflexible, he wouldn't even listen himself if he wants something.
So, as I believe Darius is heterosexual, I think he had a lot women in his life.
