Through the old lore, its all about Darius becoming the General and what not but no mention of a love interest. The same can be made for draven (inb4 Draven's love interest is Draven). Is there something I didn't read? I know that Garen does have something for 
but both never said it explicitly in-game.

Age hasn't been stated but I never support the theory that a few strands of gray hair mean the person is aging or old. I don't support the kata and darius thing-probably some foreigner who can change his views,or maybe he has an unknown wife and children. But as I was saying-for a guy who had to fight to protect his brother and had no parents it's normal to have gray hair from stress. It might turn out he is 35 years old and draven 29-30. Btw at age 50 he would have a lot more gray hair even if he hadn't endured so much. But still she is not his type-garen and kata are more of a thing,if it is possible because they are warriors-great ones and they have limited use of magic. I do really want every character to become more than a champion-the Shurima lore was great at connecting all those champions. The Ionian and Freljorg ones also partially did something like that. It would be really great as well since they can use the family part to introduce new champs-replace old ones. Imagine Darius gets nearly killed and since that champion design works well they introduce his son.who has similar abillities,then introduce a reworked darius and so on.

If I had to analyze it: he hasn't met anyone that shifts his thinking from his main goal. Though a friend of mine shipped him with Karma. He explained it has Darius admiring her determination.

Kat and Garen i think really just have high respect for each other, he is as far as we know one of the only people she hasn't been able to kill, and him not being able to defeat her when he was able to defeat anything. So they are obsessed with each other because of the thrill of what they thought was the impossible being done. Would be cute if they did because as far as I know, Kat isn't really a crazy Noxan. She was just basically born there to a noble family that were assassins and was trained as one too.

No, your personality is not a reflection of your sexuality. A violent person can love as much as a kind one. Being harsh doesn't tend you to think loving is weakness. Or even if it makes you to think it is weakness, you can't control your thoughts and emotions. He is a strong man, his personality is inflexible, he wouldn't even listen himself if he wants something.
So, as I believe Darius is heterosexual, I think he had a lot women in his life.
