Whatever the case, Riot relayed this information very poorly. They should have made it much much clearer.
Fortunately I saw a Rioter mention on Twitter that True Damage was part of the pass, but they definitely needed to advertise it better. When the first World's pass first came out it clearly said High Noon content was coming later in the pass. It should've also said True Damage so people knew for 100% certain.
We were informed of this before the world's pass was released, actually.
Was on the news page that her skin would release during the world's event.
So, like, I JUST LEARNED, JUST NOW, that Qiyana Prestige was unlocked with WORLD EVENT TOKENS. And hum. If I had known from the start, I coulda got it by now, but now it's too late.

Yeah, I just found out as well. So stupid. I was not going to get the pass so with the couple hundred tokens I got from the missions I just bought an emote and some orbs. Definitely wish I could take my points back and get the LV skin. I would even spend my 100 prestige points for the skin if that was an option as all the other skins are kinda meh/for champs I don't play.

I wrote that on EU forums, I'll repeat it here because I do not understand it.
There are a lot of people who write that they wanted that skin but they missed it.
Since there is so much demand, and the event has not yet ended, why don't they extend the pass? Like, give it two or three more weeks, so that all these people buy the pass or play and get the points required.
If they're afraid that there will be those who will take advantage of the situation, and will end up unlocking everything without spending more, they could just create a second ticket which would serve as a paid extension to the event.
I mean, there are a lot who say they want it but they did not know. And it's not about an event that happened in the past. It's happening right now.

It's your fault you didn't look this information, It's even in the client. I did managed to get this skin, since I saved a lot of tokens and waited for the true damage loot to show up in the token store.
I suppose all we can do is hope that it gets put in the other currency options once worlds event is over
Why are there two ways to redeem prestige skins? This is so confusing. Especially because her skin wasn't in the client so you couldn't clearly tell which one you needed to get her. The fact that they didn't release her on the client until close to the deadline is already stupid enough - but I was saving up prestige points because that's how you redeem all other prestige skins in the shop.
I've always been an avid supporter of supporting riot artists but the way the prestige line has been handle just feels so shitty and makes you wonder why you're investing all your time and money into a model that is designed to fuck you over.

ugh im gonna cry because i really really want the qiyana one instead of riven i dont even play riven i just think its a cool skin so i bought it but riot dude please announce qiyana that she will be available through worlds token i thought she'll be available at the christmas event please riot allow refund to be made im so tilted [sg-shisa]

The information was _available_although I wouldn't say it was well relayed. I bought the worlds pass to get the Qiyana skin when it came out the the day the pass was released and kept the tokens for her.
