Kool, but op as "Noodles!". I was think something along the lines of:

Shadow Dash- Deals 55 +55% AP and 25/50/75/100/125% Bonus Mov Spd as magic damage ( The movement speed scaling only applies to flat bonuses from runes, items masteries and the Portal Energy passive). Whenever Shen's taunt hits an enemy marked with Vorpal Blade, the cooldown on shadow dash is reduced by 25%.

Stand United (subject for name change)- Shen channels for 1.5 seconds then opens a rift portal 375 units infront of him and targeted ally's direction for 7/8/9 seconds. The rift portal allows 1 passage per side (friend or foe) the energy emitting from each rift portal slows enemy units with 750 units range of the portal by 50/60/70%. Unique passive:"Portal Energy". Shen gains 40/60/90 AP and 60 movemt speed for 2 seconds whenever he travels through a portal.
