None of them have PROJECT skins.

Dude it would be dumb to make a Skarner project skin just appease the few players that play that champ they have to make money or there is no game to even play

If that is the case, where's my Leona skins where the VFX aren't yellow? Also it has been nearly 2 years since she got a skin.

You guys need to be aware of the fact, that riot makes skin that will be able to sustain their game and increase income, it is just natural, that it will make cool skins for popular champs, so it's more like community's favourite champs gets skins in popular series, like Star Guardian, Project or Mecha.

They're all moderately popular champions who work well with tech-themed skins. Hardly Riot's 'favorites'.
