I am not a fan of Hecarim. I don't even own him but that splash art is fucking amazing. Whoever is working on splash arts lately is doing a kick ass job.

I may sound like the pickiest person ever but on this skin riotr added birds on the branches near hecarim! the birds show on the featured but not on the actual splash art, like when you click the champion then skin. Please add these birds rito XDXD
