Alignment Chart for League of Legends!

Ever heard of an alignment chart? Well, it's one of these:

Alignment charts are meant to give a brief representation of where a certain character within a certain universe stands. The one you see above is simply one of many that people have made over the years for League of Legends. However, today, just for fun, I figured I would try and make one that consists of every champion in the game thus far (Including Ivern).

Now, bear with me, for I won't be showing you a picture. Instead, I'll be trying to use the coding of the boards in order to organize the characters. Things could be a bit messy until I figure out the correct orientation of everything (the width of the thread actually shrinks once you post it, and so, this can mess up stuff like this very easily). Once I have the correct orientation of everything, I will remove this bit. IT WORKED!!!!!

And there we have it folks! If you happen to disagree with any of my placements, or have any questions regarding them, feel free to let me know! I'll answer and debate anything to the best of my ability. If I happened to miss someone, do let me know, and I'll add them in.

Remember, this is just for fun, and entirely my opinion. Riot could view every champ differently than what I've done here. So, take this with grain of salt.

P.S. The blue square in the "True Neutral" section is meant to be Fizz. I believe there is a boards bug that is keeping it from loading the picture.

You have a very good match up of everyone here to the alignments in my opinion! I love these kinds of things honestly. Although, if there were anyone I'd categorize differently (not saying you're wrong, just my opinion), I'd probably put the following in other places (with my reasons of course) :

Zac as Lawful Good (he's essentially a superhero. Although I know the least about Zac out of most champions, so I could be wrong)

Illaoi as True Neutral (I put her here because she encourages people of all kinds to be in motion, this includes giving people like Jinx encouragement, as well as previously having put Gangplank into motion, and encouraging him as well)

and Jhin as Neutral Evil (In the end, he's a psychopathic killer. That's all that matters to him. He doesn't seem to care if his acts are "good" or "bad" really, just that he makes it "beautiful")

Also, it appears you're missing Gangplank, now that I look again. Other than that, this is pretty much perfect in my opinion! ^^

I don't think Jhin would be neutral. Looking to kill everyone bring out their "perfection" is pretty much considered evil, even if he doesn't see it that way. at the most I would say lawful evil if we are going to go by him thinking that he's doing good work.

I feel like a ton that are in Chaotic Neutral could be put elsewhere, like Aatrox (Chaotic Evil), Corki, Ziggs, and Heimerdinger (Neutral Good), Rumble (Chaotic Good), Zyra (Neutral Evil), and Kha'Zix (Chaotic Evil).

Aatrox inspires chaos and uses said chaos to fuel himself, using the enemy's blood to sustain himself. Corki, Ziggs, and Heimerdinger, as far as I can see, have all went out to help others in their lore (Heim with the giant in Bandle, Ziggs with the kidnapped people, and Corki to defend his homeland). I can also see all of them having their own ruleset, especially Ziggs and Heimer since science often drives people to break SOME rules.

Alright, here are some of my rearrangements from your chart.

Ahri Ahri should be in True Neutral. Don't know what makes her chaotic.

Akali Akali could be within Chaotic Neutral, despite being in the Kinkou, she pretty much represents the darker side of its order.

Corki Corki should be in Lawful Neutral. Even as a Bombardier, he still serves Bandle City.

Fizz Fizz should be Chaotic Good. Despite being a trickster, he's known as a hero within Bilgewater and does have good intentions.

Heimerdinger Heimerdinger should be in Lawful Neutral or Neutral Good.

Illaoi Illaoi should be in True Neutral.

Jhin Jhin should be in Neutral Evil. By the end of the day, delusional or not, he's a psychopathic serial killer. He has committed horrifying atrocities that has forever changed the old Kinkou Order. He is what made Kusho, Shen, and Zed the way they are now.

Kalista Kalista's more True Neutral than Chaotic Good.

Karthus Karthus should be Lawful/Neutral Evil due to his new lore. He pretty much forces people to join his choir of undeath despite their refusal.

Kayle Kayle might be listed to Lawful Neutral since her lore's no longer canon, same for Morgana Morgana. However I'm predicting that she might be Lawful Evil because of how completely strict their society is and she won't hesitate in murdering anyone that disobeys the law. She might be one of those "Knight Templars" of wherever she came from. This might make sense on why Morgana rebelled in the first place because of how immensely strict and brutal their Angel society is and wanted free will, even if Morgana has to resort in darker magic in helping her rebels and fight against their oppressive government.

Kennen Kennen should be in Neutral Good.

LeeSin Lee Sin should be in Lawful Neutral.

Leona Leona should be in Lawful Neutral. She's pretty much a zealot when it comes to defending her religion and beliefs, and anybody that speaks differently about her way of life would be slaughtered for heresy.

Lulu Lulu could be in Chaotic Good.

MissFortune Miss Fortune should be in True Neutral.

Morgana Morgana might be listed to Chaotic Neutral since her lore's no longer canon. See Kayle. For Morgana, she could be an Anti-Villain/Anti-Hero as she's pretty much using dark magic to help her rebels against Kayle and her oppressive society. All she wanted was free will and the laws to be loosened so everyone could breathe better, but I'm guessing she has to force her hand and delve into forbidden power to help her cause.

Poppy Poppy should be in Neutral Good.

Shen Shen is the epitome of True Neutral.

Skarner Skarner should be in Chaotic Good. He's doing what's best for his kind and it's sad that there's a language barrier that prevents him from speaking reason to other species.

Trundle Trundle should be in Chaotic Evil. As much trolls are, they're temperamental, brutal, and just downright egotistical. Trundle's no exception and it really shows. Plus he's on Lissandra's side.

Viktor Viktor should be in Lawful Neutral. Viktor's not really evil, just amoral; a man with a grand vision that'll help and protect humanity with his creations. Just wish Riot didn't make him to be a stereotypical cartoon villain (even though we already have Veigar and Singed), but make Viktor a complex anti-hero who's willing to sacrifice everything for the good of Zaun and mankind, even if his decisions are a bit controversial. Well, big one I see is Illaoi should not be on the Good alignment. Personally, I see her as evil, because she basically represents a religious leader forcing her religion on others, or I guess more accurately, forcing an insanely dangerous religious ritual on people who don't it. But, I guess so long as she's booted out of Good is an improvement.

I also don't remember Darius doing anything actually evil. He's just a soldier, trying to make their kingdom not self destruct. Also don't remember Tryndamere doing anything good either, just was a part of a clan that got murdered.

Pantheon is probably evil. He's basically a slaver.

I believe that the Riot Devs said that Miss Fortune was evil, for letting a lot of people die to get her revenge on Gangplank. But since I disagree with Riot on a lot of morality questions, I might not go that far. I do think Neutral is probably better for her. Maybe she'll use her newfound power to try and do some effective good, which could bump her up.

Leona is hard. In her lore, depending on when you match her she was Neutral Good (with the Rakkor), then was Lawful Evil (with the Solari) and now I have no idea what she is since we haven't actually seen what she does post-possession. Lawful Neutral is probably where I would guess she would be, but that's just a guess.

Oh, Rek'Sai is an animal, that's True Neutral more or less by definition.

You may need to move Warwick to Lawful Neutral, seeing how in his new lore he is clearly trying to be a good person. However, he is still unable to not kill innocents if too much blood is spilt. In my opinion, he's doing what he can for the greater good and I would put him in the good alignment, but isn't always able to shake away the thirsts of his new body.

Pretty good I'd say, though I would classify Jarvan as another of the Lawful Good Demacians so I'd be more that anything interested to hear why you think he's neutral. And actually I would put Shyvana as Chaotic good too and of course, Teemo is clearly Chaotic Evil being the king of all Demons, other than that pretty good.

(I'm only really interested as to why you think J4 is neutral as he always fit the Paladin archetype to my mind.)

The champs I think best represent each alignment:

Lawful Good- Garen Lawful Neutral- Shen Lawful Evil- Mordekaiser

Neutral Good- Soraka True Neutral- Rammus Neutral Evil- Trundle

Chaotic Good- Maokai Chaotic Neutral- Olaf Chaotic Evil- Shaco

There's only one major problem I have with this and that's that RekSai cannot be anything other than true neutral by the definition of the DnD alignment chart. One of the key clauses is that creature who lack sapience are automatically true neutral, a Lion is not chaotic nor evil for hunting or defending its territory as it knows nothing else. Rek'sai never really shows any level of sapience in the lore which makes her true neutral definitionally.

I'd also argue that your solder archtype (Irelia , Garen , Darius ect.) should be neutral shifted in the good/evil alignment in general. People who act from orders generally don't display on this axis as long as they continue to only follow orders.
