it be nice for sure, especially cause his animations are decent and his model got updated and looks decent now. If he got a splash art update along with a new VO and recall animations he would be practically VGU'd which would be nice

I hope so, because the voice lines of Kassadin have like... nothing to do with Kassadin or the Void (Just hear at that joke about his Silence) (And the only time that he says "void" is to say the literal word "void" not "Void")
