idk tbh, took a quick glimpse over their subreddit and it loos like a huge sh*tpost.
Edit: Judging by this image https://i.imgur.com/juNvIjW.jpg it seems like this isn't necessarily the original champ design but a snowday skin for Neeko, part of a set with Master Yi, Dr.Muundo, Twitch and Jannah.
Whether this is real or not i find it odd that twitch wil be getting a snowskin despite having he winter Olympics one, but Riot did release a popstar 2.0 skin to Ahri so i guess anything goes at this point.
