Pulsefire Ezreal update looks nice

The texture/particle update is really making it seem more like a 1350, maybe 1850 if you stretch that to cover the earliest 1850 from when the skin team actually started getting paid. Not a complaint, I'm genuinely glad it won't look like a combination of four 520 skins and a custom-skin particle recolor any more.

Two suggestions though:

1. Since Pulsefire Caitlyn is going to have her particle change color from blue to red for a headshot, Ezreal's Q and/or ultimate should as well. And maybe even his autos when he hits himself with the W. Seems fair considering it's the Ultimate skin equivalent.

2. This one's not a suggestion I'd think they'll actually implement, but it'd be cool if he would fly all the time after reaching level 16.
