There is no ultimate right way to pronounce stuff. English is different in the US, in England, in Australia, etc.
French people will say Le Blan, while every english speaker will pronounce the C at the end, which should be silent.
Also, if we wanna really get into it, the "correct" pronounciation for Sejuani would be Se-yu-anee, not Se-ju-anee. Just like Freljord. No one says Frel-jord, and that is because the J is a vowel, just like in Finnish.
I am Brazillian and will continue to pronounce it as Shack-o, because Shay-co makes absolutely no sense in latin-derived languages.
I've never heard anyone say Udyr as Utter. I've always said oo dir, but I can get used to saying "Oh, Dear" whenever I see him running at me in the future.
And I've always done Shaco like Wacko. It's up there with calling Xin Zhao "Win Now".

Just want to add, it really irritates me when I hear people say 
"Morg-ann-uh" instead of "Morg-ah-nah."

most of them should be obvious, but whay Shay-co and not Sha-co.
Also shouldn't it be Shin-Jao? without the "g"?
