My personal wish is, that he keeps his morning star (no one else has this weapon) as long as it can be done in any logical way, being THE definition of a raid boss Champion and that he has some form of not overbearing, but also unique CC. The whole AD/AP part is a mystery for me in terms of theme regarding gameplay & visuals, regarding him clearly having the AD vibe in visuals and from what I gathered in terms of theme/lore also ability power would make sense and Riot is stepping away from hybrid designs…

The Galio/Yorick pod fits him well, especially because of Yorick, which has the problem of being really unreliable though. The thing about Galio is, that they changed him in a really significant way but still kept a lot of what made him Galio (I don't understand the new Galio haters the slightest, I just read stubborn & irrational nonsense posted by those people – he still has gargoyle features, he still has his old ultimate even in his kit, he still has a sad and thoughtful side, he still has his Q and E combined in a way like ???).

On the other hand the Warwick/Urgot pot did an insanely well job for these two bulky, but still damage dealing guys while basically still remaining the exactly same characters they were before, just modernized and much more logical.

So I can see where you are coming from, but I maybe have a bit different angle. I think Morde is more of an edge case between Poppy & Galio… probably even Sion and I don't want to sound harsh here. An insane amount of his kit should change heavily, while still keeping the feel alive what made him gameplay-wise. So when I think about it, in a way he is an entirely new case of all those 3 Champions combined, just that the very core of his kit not necessarily on a mechanical side (see old Poppy Ultimate & old Urgot Passive), but from a feeling standpoint seems to be his Passive.

So basically, he will most likely need to be made up from complete scratch, not even keeping something entirely like Sion's W health stacking or Poppy's E wall stun, but rather ''spiritual core'' of his ''this guy seems untouchable, I am pissing my pants… do I just run?''.

Some very salty and rude Mordekaiser enthusiast in Twitch chat still pointed out something pretty cool, that I can agree with, if it is possible to execute ''Give the enemy a reason to attack him, even though he feels unkillable''.

The amazing part about Morde is, that I feel deep down, that he has some insanely fun and totally unique possibliities in terms of interactions, which could be even at least almost entirely new to the game. Having a bulky REVENANT right before you, that seems to be unscratchable.

I could see him as almost solo unbeatable lane bully, which can be brought down by teamwork either in laning phase with ganks/your jungler or in later stages of the game by good positioning and grouping, but also has very unique feature of him coming back, but in a very different way from Anivia or Sion, that maybe even almost has an event/quest atmosphere towards it?

About that part I am very wishy washy, though about the Twitch guy and his passive… what if he has something similar to Fiora's weak spots but on himself and these get penetrated even more, if two or more teammates penetrate these parts together in a very close timeframe? So his shell is almost indestructable, if you don't hit him correctly, but if you hit him correctly, he can be brought down fairly easy (maybe something like or similar to a resistance debuff?), because his actual ''body'' is enormously vulnerable (I mean isn't this even super fitting thematically? You are the Mordekaiser lore expert here, I am not that sure about some details anymore). Like this his tanky appearence would get clear and unique counterplay and from my current viewpoint it would make a shitton of sense.

His current items do not make any sense thematically, this is what I see as a huge stepping stone and it is also immensly difficult to balance on the other handand could very likely create very unwanted item interactions, but I wish that they find a logical way when it comes to him having supernatural/control features.

He just should be hardcore in any way, when it comes to these features without being completely overpowered.

Another little thing I wanted to point out is, that I really hope, that Nunu will be picked up by Squad5 – Ivern's designer. With at least some meeting help of CertainlyT (Warwick) & I think it was Repertoir (Urgot).

I will probably even make a giant thread about it, trying to make it clearly visible for Reav3 and the guys mentioned. It would make such sense, that these guys team up in at least a small way for Nunu, with Squad5 as head of the project.

Squad5 created the first really functioning Support Jungler ever in this game, while Nunu could be similar but even more his own way in a logical and thematical sense, while remaining pretty much everything what people love about him currently and should be retained at any cost (Warwick & Urgot).

I have a huge eye on his current W, there could definitly be a much better way to support your team even in its entirety, when it comes to this ability slot and not just giving attack speed for certain Champions that take use from it. Maybe there could also be something done about it, which makes his snowball much more exciting and some more small or even big tweaks to his passive. Even his consume could be changed in a way, that it retains basically the same but has even more interaction to it, or that has kit interaction with a new W or even snowball. Special effects to his snowball or new W after he consumed something? Willump can fart AoE or something on enemies after he consumed a unit and does damage over time or CC's them with it (would also add great comical & light hearted character as total opposite to all the recent and forthcoming dark relaunches – I mean imagine, if Willump literally farts an enemy to death or has a fear attached to it).

My wish is big, that Nunu turns out to be a Yordle, let alone, because of the light hearted/comical aspect, size, overall flow with Willump it would have in several points like voiceover-lore-animations, character and especially name and the needed possiblity of being the true Yordle representantor of the Freljord region (Gnar has the prehistoric jungle-ish vibe very heavily going, even though he was located in Freljord) and he also would fit great in terms of lore and VO interactions with Kled, like Kayle vs. Morgana (in not so directly connected way and being the funny direction of duality) and the Noxus vs. Freljord conflict, while also giving room to elobrate on this matter in total!

I am not trolling it is literally exactly 4:20 here, while I check the clock after a long time and am about to write this last part as finishing lines and just wanted to mention, that I am tired and it took me a long time to write this and I wish, that it is not too much of a cluster**** to read and maybe even enjoyable and inspirational, also it would be hype, if we could heavily agree on a lot parts of this giant as monologue in case you even read it, haha!
