Xerath ult is so underwhelming

First one is his effect on ultimate, it doesn't fit to Xerath who has raw destructive power, as well as its sounds, that is just pew pew pew. I remember when his rework came for live, they said they would love to improve of ult apperance and sound.

Second one is not a actual problem and it's personal. But I don't like its name. Rite of the Arcane doesn't fit this ultimate imo. He is just casting spell, not making a ritual.
