Sion, what is his purpose in life? Death? Uh... life-death?

Sion's lore reboot has potential to be my favorite, right up there with Nautilus. Sion's personality is amazing, and while it seems shallow on the surface, it has surprising depth and character. Now, Sion is shown to be a violent, war mongering creature who only lives for the thrill of combat. However, there is a reason for this. While he enjoys murder just as much as the next guy, it has been said by Phreak (I know he isn't a lore writer shhh) that Sion fights for battles constantly, because that is the only time he can remember who he once was. Also, if you look into his voice files, some of those in the "uncategorized" category, are rather sad. He speaks lines such as "Slipping..." and "No, I won't go. I can hang on..." It is rather sad really, listening to this supposed "monster" telling himself that he can hang on to what he has left of a memory. Sion only seems to remember that he was human at one point, when he is in combat. Even some of his taunts towards Swain hint at this, such as "I am NOT your pawn, Swain." It would seem that Sion isn't stupid, but he cannot think clearly due to being... dead. And also, near the end of his lore, it shows that Boram Darkwill, who Sion looked up to, might in fact not be fully dead. Darkwill may in fact, live on as a spirit, giving Sion guidance when he can hear it. But the part that really gets me about Sion's lore, is the last line. "Beware of ravens." I personally believe that Boram, being a necromancer, was somehow able to put himself into a spiritual form shortly after his death. He then saw what Swain has made Sion into, and now sits on Sion's shoulder, silently urging him to do this, or not do that. I think that Boram embodied true Noxian power, such as Darius, who is both intelligent and powerful. However, Swain used trickery and deceit to rise through the ranks. And while Darius might trust him enough to turn a blind eye to Swain's actions, Sion will not. Sion lived when Noxus was the city-state known for being fierce, but also honorable. Sion lived during a time when Noxus fought wars, both politically and physically, face to face, man to man. Now that Swain is in power, that isn't always the case. This might also be the reason that Boram didn't want Swain to rise to power, as he believed that Swain was what would destroy Noxus's reputation as the face to face city-state, rather then the city-state of trickery and deception. Swain does these things out of his own free will, and I personally believe that Sion will only tolerate it to a point, and after that point is broken, will go on a rampage.
