Can we get confirmation on the ages of the champions, humans at least?

I know was mentioned in her old (possibly non-canon) lore that she's at least 20 when she took over the tribe. Most of the mythical champs like , , are probably ageless...

Any guesses on how old the 'mortal' champs are?

My guesses: :18 (teenage romcom) :18 (teenage romcom) :23ish :20 (like Sejuani) : 25 : 42 (grizzled and in the prime of his physical life) : 16 (arrogant young punk) : 24, old enough for childrearing and have a superiority complex over Lux : 35, might look 28 if he stopped smoking : 40 because he ain't no 40-year old virgin : 50 : 28, young but nearing the 30 mark and high pressure to marry : 24 : ??? (Only her God knows...) : 19 because she's like a freshman in college with no inhibitions : 31 but she'll insist shes 29+2 : 28 : 28 because that's around the age Bruce Wayne became BATMANNNN

There's a lot of weird shit going on with ages in League.

Prime case? Xin Zhao.

Xin was rescued from the fleshing by Jarvan II. He owes a debt to J4's grandpa.

So, if he was old enough to be a great fighter then, probably around 20/30, and he's been with the Jarvans since, that's like, two generations, so at least maybe 40 years or so...Xin is probably around 60.

Ekko We know from his Q&A that he's around 16-17

When asked, years ago, about the age differences between Vi and Jinx, a Rioter said Vi is actually the younger of the two (I'd say they're both around 19 to 22). (Too lazy to find the source for this, but I remember it clearly.)

Poppy Quite a few decades or even centuries old, as she's been around since before even the rise of Demacia and had been friends with the kingdom's founder.

Gnar A millennium and a few years old (Because ice).

Annie Annie is 8 or 10, as far as I remember?

Taric Around 30, it seems.

JarvanIV Nearing or slightly above 30?

Akali I'd say that, considering she's supposed to be much younger than Shen (who is supposedly 35-40), Akali might even be around 18.

Darius I'd say that, if Draven's 40, Darius is actually nearing 50- Could be something around 46?

Cassiopeia 27.

Katarina 22.

Jayce 28?

Zed 4 years younger than Jhin. :^) In all seriousness though, I think he and Shen are around 40. My memory may be fooling with me now, but I think I remember a comment from a Rioter saying he and Shen are the same age? Not sure. Probably just my memory fooling with me. :P

Ashe Sejuani I think they aren't necessarily the same age (Would be rather convenient though), but I think each's age actually ranges between 25-30.

Braum XinZhao So, aging (for humans in particular) in Runeterra seems rather weird. Both seem to have been around for decades but look much younger than they actually are (Both are supposedly older than 60?). Yeah, it's weird. And heck, Braum isn't even an Iceborn, he's just really strong or something.

To me, The age of characters is irrelevant because characters evolve overtime with the story.

Akali could be rather young. A lot of students in Asian culture start training at very young ages and hone their skills over a lifetime. It wouldn't surprise me if she was 18-20.

Ekko I think had an age stated somewhere in his lore. Don't recall, though.

Gangplank is probably 35-40. A lot of his current look could be attributed to stress / the trials he's gone through.

Illaoi, if I had to guess, is probably 35-45. She seems the type that has spent a very long portion of her life in devotion to her god and perhaps recently has decided the rest of the world should know.
