Don't give Rek'Sai English quotes, give her subtitles
She isn't mindless or brainless, she just had zero reason to learn the language when all she did was magically find herself in shurima and started eating people.

Huh. Obviously it wouldn't work in-game, but Riot could release a video with translations of her quotes in subtitles. Hey, if you remember them, you'll recognize them in-game.
A novel idea that solves the issue that the lore buffs have with her VO and which is cheap and quick for Riot to implement. I welcome this idea.
As was mentioned, the only problem lies in placing it somewhere in the game. Above the buff bar could work, and I think including it as a toggle in the options menu would be nice as well. Upvoting this in the hopes that Riot sees it.

Many voidlings speak English only because what we hear is the "translations"? What if they... spoke a different language?
But again, there's Gnar with his "native language". Maybe his is remained untranslated?
