Yorick and Urgot will get full relaunches within the next year. Fiddlesticks and Galio will probably get some kind of vu's in the next ~2 years at least Also, Fiddlesticks got tons of skins

Well, Ace of Spades was May '15 and Academy was August '15. I'm not too surprised with the decision here, especially with Ahri. This is her first 1350 skin. I honestly thought we were going to see a Pool Party Ahri.

I went ahead and included the Traditional skins (I believe they have different loading screens) and naturally included all limited edition skins that you can't obtain (PAX, Victorious, etc.)
Ahri is somewhat middle of the pack, though she is the "newest" champion in the 7 skin club.
Ahri got a skin because she's popular, this is Ezreal's first 1350RP skin with particles
Also take into account that RIot makes a skin if the champion in question fits the theme of that skin, as well as the difficulty of making it from the base model

Ahri has an 11.5% play rate.. Yorick, Fiddle, Galio, and urgot combined have... 6.4% so.................
I agree with OP. Ahri's last skin was back in late august and now she already has another 1 now, an entire year has not even passed yet and she got one lol.
