Guns are a very fast way of killing people, as are grenades, and both require very little planning to use. Why would someone like Jhin use those types of weapons if he's into killing people with drawn out and complex plans?
Because he delights in the setup. He wants to make his killings beautiful. Sure you CAN just point and fire. But there is no skill or art or mastery in that. Jhin is a mad artist who loves murder
He kinda reminds me of the Joker... and he uses guns as well. Using this kind of weapon does not destroy your setup, IMO.
