I feel like Zyra's a pretty good candidate for Chromas if nothing else. It can't take that long to throw some Chromas for her base skin together and it would mean that Riot's at least doing something for her.

Short answer: No.
Long answer: Riot has stated that they aren't doing purely aesthetic updates (visual and audio) anymore as they do not tend to be received as well as full-blown VGUs. Which sadly means we will almost certainly never see Orianna with a model and voice fitting her new awesomely written story as her kit is not in a need of a rework.
As a lowkey zyra main season 6, its better to not use a skin at all because her classic skin's e blends in with the grass in bot lane. I still use skins though because I was gifted both wildfire and haunted zyra from complete strangers that I carried.
They never said she won't get a skin. It's just difficult doing so. Zac eventually got one.
No. They MUST give her new skinS. Ekko has more skins than she does and yet he was released after Zyra, that's just not fair.
KatyKahos was rather enamored with a Seasons Zyra ultimate skin(rotates between spring, summer, fall, winter). Obviously that is not going to happen anytime soon, but one day...
