Why Riot did such a bullshit job with Project Yi compared to project Ashe.

Before i express my disappointment about Project Yi skin i want to state few things:

• For me it didnt felt like a legendary skin upon release, Zed is much more superior in every way and its cheaper (especially recall)
• Yi didnt had a skin for over 3 years before Project while Ashe got 3rd one in same peroid of time

So whats the deal here? I know that legendary skins are distinguished from others cause they got new animations, voice lines, etc. but with Yi they dont feel like actual "improvements", more like alternatives, like come on.. his dance and recall is just bs. and are not worthly to be called legendary, there is not a single special thing about it and nothing makes it feel "superior" to generic project skins.

And now here comes Project Ashe that belongs in the same tier but comparing it to Yi's skin feels like a skin done in mentality of "guy didnt had a skin for over 3 years, just give him whatever". Voice lines for almost everything, interactions, insane dance and toggleable hood.. and Yi got what? Whole fcking nothing.

I know Yi is a trash tier champ that nobody gives a fuck about but Ashe skin is a proof that Riot could do better job..
