Most likely a new champion(probably a harpy)

We know that Urgot and Eve are the next VGUs and kayle is on the list for VGU,so it is unlikely that she'll get a skin or an update.

Quinn also seems unlikely as she got a skin already this year and 2 skins this close together seems unrealistic.

draven got a skin 2 months apart.

I'm not saying that its impossilble,just very unlikely.

Also the 2 skins that he got in these 2 months were both rather cheap with no new particle effects(Draven draven in particular is just regular draven with a different head),wheras Quinns last skin was a 975-one and if this is a teaser for a skin,then said skin would be at least 975 worth as well.
