Most likely a new champion(probably a harpy)
We know that Urgot and Eve are the next VGUs and kayle is on the list for VGU,so it is unlikely that she'll get a skin or an update.
Quinn also seems unlikely as she got a skin already this year and 2 skins this close together seems unrealistic.
