I think this skin could have been the one that gave a nod to the original WW lore of him being a man cursed by Soraka into a feral state for his atrocities.
I just think it's a missed chance to show a WW without any of the prosthetics that singed put on him.
Not really complaining or anything. Just stating a perspective on how a concept could have went.
That would require an RP cost of 1820. 1820 skins are for champion skins of an alternate version separate from the original eg omega squad teemo, military soldier vs bandle scout. All of his skins require the canister. Unlike GP, WW was completely reworked with a new lore where as GP had some his lore added upon hence previous skins don't need his metallic arm because those were times b4 he lost his arm.
The WW skin without the added tech bull is now the awesome looking Grey WW skin. Only it's a limited edition so you can't actually get it.
