All 6 of my skins were champs I played, and I bought 5 immediately last night. I'm considering the 6th even though I think it's not great (World Breaker Naut).

I don't understand you exactly. You say you bought all 5/6 immediately so it worked the way they wanted. Or was the point to expand the limit from 6 skins to 20? Because I really can't get where are they throwing away your money.
My shop actually includes skins for a lot of champs I've been playing a bit recently. Sadly, I don't want skins for a lot of those very much, but overall my shop was very well made.
Edit: was nothing like this at all for previous shops.
The bot gave me skins for champs I've been playing, unfortunately most were either skins I don't want (because it either sucks or I have a better skin for that champ), so out of 6 I might buy 1.
My shop knew I liked supports, but shyvana is my favorite jungler.
Should give multiple skins for a champ if you've been one tricking/ playing only a few champs. I made a new Warwick only account, only got a discount on Hyena and then the other 5 were for champs I don't play/own. Meanwhile this one got Feral Warwick (which Im about to buy thanks for reminding me). They'll get $5 but they're missing out on like... what $30-40 if I'd unlocked all those WW skins on my smurf.
I have xayah skin even though i played her like 3-5 times during all times and last time i played was like month ago...
