Could Cottontail Teemo's costume in one of his chromas be all black?
So Rito obviously won't make "satan Teemo" skin, but 100% pitch black bunny would do too.

Ultimate skin should go to teemo where he has red horns with a tail , not only would the skin be so troll , but to waste a ultimate skin on teemo would be the bigger slap in the fact than not bringing solo queue back that people would get over it. Win Win for riot.
I doubt they'd do it.
they avoided making skins or champs who are mainly black because they can be hard to spot when coming out of the fog of war in the midst of a team fight.(this is for example the reason why Zac won't get a black chroma)
I think the only exception to this is 
and he is a rather old champion.

The best skin ideas for Teemo (evil ones) in my opinion.
For "Satan" Teemo. Make a "Infernal Teemo" Similar to Nasus. He would be red, somewhat firey looking, deep voice, his shrooms would be little imps he shoves into the ground.
Or a "Deleted Teemo" skin since people say delete teemo rito. Make him look like a glitch, like some of his pixels are missing, errored out, and when he does quick move, a little trail of numbers come off of him, and when he shoots his Q a big "error" message comes out.
Finally, "Dead Teemo". An undead teemo, like Zombie Ryze, his shrooms are now tombstones, his Q is now throwing a zombie hand at someone.
I'll stick to the brown skin from the chroma. We all know that Teemo isn't Satan unless there's something wrong with you.
