You went through all that effort to define skin tiers...

and then release Blood Moon Yasuo/Kennen, both of which have huge effect changes for just 975. I am in no way against this and do not encourage you to make them 1350, but why now and not when you denied skins like Pickpocket Twitch bullets coming out of his revolver instead of arrows or Marauder Ashe shooting red arrows just so they could cost 750 RP. I realize those are 750 but why not make those skins the best they could be by changing just those small things. You made Blood Moon Yasuo/Kennen be as awesome looking as possible but without making them so expensive, why not do it for all skins that need those small changes.
