Karma's Fans vs Mantle - Mantle Doesn't Work

Karma's fans were removed for a concept that is non-existent or even touched upon. The Mantle of Decorum is clunky, hardly plays off of her lore anymore, just floats there, apparently represents some sort of dragon idea, it doesn't even move with Karma as she moves, it's static and just wasn't as unique as her fans were. Why were Karma's fans removed exactly? To this day there is no reason why her fans should have been removed for a concept and theme that isn't even present in her lore, completed, kit and art. Karma's old Q and Mantra Q used her fans. Karma's current Q doesn't use the mantle and her Mantra Q just lights it up. The fans moved and were interactive with Karma's kit. The mantle just sits in one spot and doesn't move with her.

Riot, why exactly were her fans removed from a concept that is so watered down, you cannot even be bothered to make it better? The mantle just sits there and since it no longer ties into her lore, the fans were a better option and beloved by fans more than the mantle. Yet again, another example of a work ethic that takes things that players like and forces incomplete work down our throats. It's not acceptable 5 years ago and it wasn't acceptable today. Make it better or remove the mantle and give Karma back her fans.
