When will we see the post about lore direction?

It was mentioned in December that we would be seeing a bigger post from Riot about lore direction, partially influenced by the backlash from the Varus rewrite and at this point I'd assume it would also incorporate criticisms of the Swain rework as a lot of those complaints seemed to be coming from pretty much the same place.
