Question about challenger ahri and nidalee

So it is known that it was the challenger line up that began the inspiration for the "conquer" skin line up. You promised to allow us to keep buying the skins during special events, and have so far delivered. But I do wonder, does Riot plan to create "Conquer" nidalee and ahri? Or will they just start completely fresh starting now with karma.
