True. But using magic to float on air doesn't mean your costume has to be composed of like 3 white strips of cloth only.

In general I am pretty sure that Jannas outfit will be changed once she gets a new VGU(because at this point she really could use one,though there are other champs who need it more),her current outfit is pretty much a relic of the past.

Well nowadays they only do complete VGUs.

However not every VGU has to turn the kit of the champ on its head Tristana is probably the best example as they only changed a single skill of her. If Janna got a VGU,then I imagine they might change her passive and her W to some extend,but leave the rest as it is.

Well Janna was conjured up by fishermen, pirates, and seafaring travelers (mostly the pirates). How do you think these people would have imagined her, a draped goddess seems accurate to me but I digress.
