Jhin sort of makes sense, due to his posture. He's not slouched over like other champs. As for Zed, I have no idea why he's so massive.

Well, if you dont count non-humans and physically modified humans, the list is short.

Singed and Jhin are one of the tallest humans in the lore accorsing to Riot, but Jhin has modifications and Singed could have as well.

Sion was human, but he is modified, and you dont count him, Nautilus as well.

Swain is tall as well, but he modifies his body with magic (raven form), so, he is out of the list.

Avatar of Pantheon aka Not human anymore, so, even if he could be tall, it doesnt count

LeeSin He technically physically modified his body with fire, so, out of the list.

Ryze Not human anymore.

Tryndamere technically modified body due Aatrox influence

Varus Modified body due the corruption of that pit
