You're thinking of Sion. He got a rework, it's pretty cool, you should check it out, he screams at minions so hard they fly into other dudes. You can scream Malzahar's voidling into his face and kill him with it, it's hilarious.

(in all seriousness I was real sad when it was Harrowing time and Riot announced they were doing zombie stuff and then we got another Jinx skin. Yorick :( )
