Aurelion Sol; Targon?

When we go to the page for the Targon lore, there are two spots missing.

I was thinking that, to be lore-friendly, he'd have to be outright not allowed in ranked and instawin every game....

... unless he's from the same place as the spirits inhabiting the Targon champions, and requires a weakened earthly form.

Edit: I'm not saying he'll be human or need a human host, but instead of being the galaxy-sized dragon he's shown to be, maybe he needs a physical, dragon-shaped container for his consciousness.

And I really do thing Taric might be part of it, too. Since the removal of summoners kind of voids his being summoned on accident from another world.
