With his new lore, will Vlad finally get a full VGU ?

I like his new lore, his theme was always badass for me, however I think with all that, he finally needs a full VGU. Riot themselves said his in game model is bad and that's why he probably isn't getting any new skins for a long time. His kit is still after all those buffs and nerfs after the MYMU, left in an UP or OP state. Still not fun to play against, etc. Not to mention they removed the best Q animation ever from the blood lord skin. :( His new lore says he can control other people bodies and minds as easy as his own, and that he bleeds out people in the back alleys, etc. Having that in mind and a full VGU, he can become one of the coolest champs in the game if you make it right. Also, think of the possibilities for the new BLOOD LORD skin. Ahhhh, I can only wish.
